OUR INSPIRATION

Monique Beck, known as 'Coach Mo,' transformed her life from a pregnant high school dropout to a powerful mentor through unwavering faith. Her journey of overcoming profound challenges was fueled by prayer, fasting, meaningful mentorship, community support, and above all, her unshakeable relationship with God.

An MBA graduate from Bethel University and published author of "Your Destiny Taken By Force: No More Excuses," Coach Mo holds active licenses in life insurance, investments, and mortgage lending. As an ordained minister and natural encourager, Coach Mo brings a "whatever it takes" attitude to her work. A woman of faith, she totes her experience as a wife, mother, and grandmother to her professional relationships, helping others fully realize their potential.

Coach Mo is a business leader and financial empowerment advocate who owns and operates two successful ventures: The Greater In You, LLC (est. 2016) and TRU Resilience Unit, LLC (est. 2024). As Head Consultant at The Greater In You, she helps professionals and business owners navigate challenges through strategic planning and accountability. Through TRU Resilience Unit, she partners with a finance company where she serves as a Finance Professional to empower families with the knowledge and tools to make informed financial decisions.
